My work is rooted in participatory approaches, bringing people together to share knowledge, take action, and learn collectively at every stage of a project or programme.

Group facilitation

I facilitate workshops, reflective sessions, and learning spaces that enable shared understanding, collaboration, and co-production. Sessions are designed to be inclusive, safe, and productive, supporting participants to engage meaningfully and take collective ownership of outcomes.


Participatory research

I design and deliver research that actively involves the people it affects, combining qualitative, quantitative, and participatory methods. This ensures insights are grounded in lived experience, relevant to decision-making, and actionable.

Training & Capacity Building

I deliver tailored training and support that equips teams and networks with practical skills for collaboration, participation, and inclusive decision-making. This includes building capacity for participatory processes, emergent learning, and systemic thinking - helping organisations embed these approaches sustainably.

Bringing it together
I’ve adapted the continuous improvement cycle to show how participation, collaboration, and inclusion can be embedded throughout a project or programme - from assessing priorities and planning strategies, to acting together, reviewing progress, and learning collectively. My approach ensures that each stage is connected, actionable, and informed by the people involved, creating sustainable impact and shared ownership of change.
